Frequently asked questions

Do you work internationally?
Yes. Alongside the Georgian market, we deliver export projects internationally, including the USA, Azerbaijan and other countries. Systems are manufactured in our Tbilisi facility to your fabrication drawings and shipped ready for installation. Depending on the project, we provide either installation supervision and support, or a complete installation service.
Are your systems certified?
Every Alumil system we manufacture is tested to European EN standards, with certified classes for air permeability, watertightness, wind load resistance, burglar resistance, sound reduction and thermal insulation. Our S91 window system is additionally certified by the Passive House Institute, and selected systems are certified for the US market. You'll find the exact certificate classes and downloadable technical brochures on each product page.
What warranty do you provide?
Our systems carry the manufacturer's warranty on profiles and hardware, and because we manufacture and install everything ourselves, with no subcontracted crews, one company stands behind the entire opening, from fabrication to sealing. Warranty terms are confirmed per project; contact us with your project details.
How do I know which system is right for my project?
You don't need to. That's our job. Every project starts with a consultation where we match systems to how the building will be used: opening type, thermal performance for your climate, security level, and budget. For large openings we verify wind loads for the specific site and specify the glass by U-value, g-factor and thickness. The right system, not the most expensive one.
